to improve flexibility and "de-stress" muscle tension.

Hot Stone
Warmed metamorphic sea stones are placed along the energy pathways
of the body. They provide a gentle, rhythmic flow of energy bringing

very nurturing and calming effect to the body.
Sports Therapy
Focuses on the muscle groups and parts of the body which are
relevant to
a particular athletic activity or repetitive motion. Usually a
deeper touch
massage, incorporating stretching and active client participation to
